Refund policy
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product, or simply want a different color/size, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery — simple as that.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To start your return, please email us at hello@giftgrovee.com with your order number (include the # sign, e.g. #12345).

For high-value returns (orders over $200), a 30% fee will be deducted to cover shipping, handling, and restocking costs.

After 30 days since delivery, we cannot accept returns. If a return is attempted after this period, we will send it back to your original address and you will be asked to cover the delivery costs.
Change / Cancel Orders
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed, as our warehouse begins processing immediately.
Please double-check all information before confirming your order.
If you made a mistake, you may follow our returns process within 30 days of delivery. We are not liable for mistakes in the order or accidental/fraudulent purchases.
Delivery Issues

GiftGrovee is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows delivered. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address.

Please check with family members, neighbors, building manager/mail room, or your local post office before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate your package, reach out to us and we will do our best to assist, but please note resolution is not always possible.

If you entered the wrong address at checkout, we are not responsible if the order goes missing. If the package is returned to us, contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
