Shipping policy
At GiftGrovee, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 6-9 business days from the date that it is placed.
📩 Payment Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
Once the payment is verified, the order can be changed or canceled within 24 hours.
After this 24-hour period, the order can't be changed nor canceled.

🛠️ Processing
It normally takes 1-2 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
✈️ Shipping
Shipment takes approximately 5 to 7 business days to reach destination countries.
Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with tracking number will be sent to you.
Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
